The stay was pleasant overall, though the room felt a bit smaller than expected. The staff were really helpful, especially when the chef stayed late to accommodate our dinner after we misunderstood the cutoff time. We enjoyed the hotel’s unique charm and the décor, which reflected various influences. It was also very convenient for our visit to nearby attractions, making it a great spot to base ourselves for a family outing.

Cozy, cozy, cozy.
Staying in the Superior Studio was a delightful experience. The charming, spacious layout included a separate bedroom area and a lovely sitting room where I could unwind. The food was a standout, especially the scrumptious sticky toffee pudding that stole the show!

A softer mattress would improve comfort for seniors.

The high ceiling in the Deluxe Suite adds a certain spaciousness, making the overall vibe feel airier. The pod coffee-maker in the room provides a nice touch of convenience for a quick caffeine fix.
The layout of the Deluxe Suite is a bit of a challenge, with the bed crammed into an alcove against the wall, which can make getting out awkward. The shower setup is less than ideal. the macerator toilet and noisy drainage system create a less-than-pleasant experience while showering. To top it off, the electric heater doesn't quite match the comfort of a proper radiator, and the lightweight duvet may not satisfy everyone’s sleep preferences.

I stayed for one night in a Deluxe Suite. The room was clean and decorated nicely, but the mattress was a bit firmer than I prefer. it was comfy enough for a short stay. Staff were friendly and attentive, which made a difference. Plus, who doesn't love a place with quirky decor and a cool vibe?

Decent option for a weekend outing in Little Wilbraham with good value. The coffee machine had nice options, although no decaf. Make sure to check breakfast availability beforehand.

Oh man, the food at The Hole is top-notch! Their Italian grilled meat had me swooning, and don’t even get me started on the breakfast—seasoned to absolute perfection! Plus, the staff treat you like royalty, making you feel right at home. Oh, and the spacious family room? A total win for us!
Now, the squeaky pipes at night were unexpected and a bit of a doozy, and that bed felt like a rock after a while.
